A message from the current owners.....

Our house has been our family home for over 20 years. When we first visited the house for a viewing many years ago we fell in love with the view of Holcombe Hill, the gardens and the ambiance of the house itself.

We have had countless memorable moments that we will treasure forever . the parties we held, the many bbq’s we have enjoyed, and most memorable of all was spending time  with our close family and friends at Christmas. Christmas is so magical in this house, we have  an 8ft tree in the main lounge with all the presents placed underneath. We dressed every room and with the fires burning and the view of snow on top of Holcombe Hill.

The location is perfect we have the beautiful Redisher Woods with some beautiful walks, which we can see from our bedroom window, we are on the cusp of countryside yet 10min drive from the motorway. There are high grade schools junior and senior within walking distance a golf course and bar and restaurants close by.

Our children have loved this house as much as we have, bringing their friends home from school to play in the gardens and help to learn about growing vegetables in our little vegetable patch. We all love this house however it's time to move on allowing someone else to enjoy what we embraced for the past 23 years.

Ramsbottom is an attractive, extremely well serviced market town in the metropolitan borough of Bury, the town centre is literally a few minute’s walk .
